Dr. Leong Annie is a lecturer in paediatrics and paediatric endocrinologist at Universiti Malaya, specializing in paediatric endocrinology and growth disorders. She holds an M.D. from University Malaysia Sarawak, MRCPCH (UK), and is registered as a paediatrician with the Malaysian Medical Council. With over 18 years in paediatrics across diverse Malaysian settings and subspecialty training in paediatric endocrinology at multiple Malaysian institutions and KK Women's and Children's Hospital in Singapore (2022), she brings deep clinical expertise. Her research contributions span growth hormone compliance, osteogenesis imperfecta, and COVID-era trends in early puberty, and she serves as co-investigator on multiple ongoing clinical studies including the REAL and Victorion studies on novel therapies. Additionally, she holds membership on the Data Access Committee for the Global Registry for Novel Therapies in Rare Bone and Endocrine Conditions, contributing to international research efforts.
